Terms & Conditions

  • Points are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Unused points will expire and cannot be reinstated.
  • Points are non-transferable and have no cash value. Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash or gift vouchers.
  • Hale Health reserves the right to amend, suspend, or discontinue the program or its benefits at any time, without prior notice.
  • Hale may contact you in regard to your points balance.
  • Not available for use with any other discount

Wellness Circle
Member Tiers

  • Receive 20% off your first treatment at Hale Aesthetics

All points start accumulating from 1 October 2025. Previous visits will not be recognised.

Terms & Conditions

  • Tier status is determined by your rolling 12-month spend from your first eligible purchase.
  • Members move up tiers as soon as their cumulative spend reaches the next threshold.
  • Tier benefits remain active for 12 months from the date the tier was achieved.
  • Benefits are valid during your active tier period and can’t be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers.
  • Birthday vouchers are valid for one month from issue.
  • Complimentary treatments are subject to availability and require booking in advance.
  • Gift cards and certain promotional purchases may not count toward tier spend.
  • Hale Health reserves the right to amend, suspend, or discontinue the program or its benefits at any time, without prior notice.

Refer-a-friend

Introducing the Hale Aesthetics Refer-a-Friend Program — because confidence is even better when it’s shared.

At Hale Aesthetics, we believe in the power of word-of-mouth and the trust you place in us. Now, when you refer a friend to experience our advanced skin and aesthetic treatments, both of you will be rewarded.

For every friend you refer who books and completes a treatment, you’ll receive $75 toward your next visit — and your friend will enjoy $75 off their first treatment to get them started on their own Hale journey. There’s no limit to how many friends you can refer, which means more rewards for you, and more glowing skin all around.

Terms and Conditions

  • The program is available exclusively to existing Hale Aesthetics clients. Referrers must have received at least one treatment prior to referring a friend.
  • To qualify, the referred friend must be a new client to Hale Aesthetics and must mention the referrer’s full name at time of booking or checkout. Referral must be recorded at the time of first appointment; retrospective claims will not be accepted.
  • Not available for use with any other discount
  • Referrers will receive a $75 credit for each new client referred who completes a qualifying treatment. Referred friends will receive a $75 credit on their first visit.
  • Referral credits may be used toward future Hale Aesthetics treatments. They are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Not available for use on product purchases.
  • Hale Aesthetics reserves the right to modify or end the Refer-a-Friend Program at any time, with or without notice.
  • There is no limit to the number of friends you may refer, but Hale Aesthetics reserves the right to investigate or disqualify referrals suspected of abuse or fraud.
  • $75 referral bonus expires 6 months from the referred clients first appointment and is limited to the use of one credit at a time.
