Please complete the pre-appointment documentation sent to you via email at the time of booking. Additionally, a credit card is required to secure all appointments.

Hale Aesthetics is located at the Brassey Hotel. Entry is via the Belmore Gardens Barton and via the lower right wing – not the hotel main entrance. The address is Belmore Gardens Barton ACT 2600.

Directions

Hale Aesthetics has complimentary outdoor parking, along with street parking. The Brassey Hotel is part of the Realm Precinct with over 800 secured basement car spaces available. Parking rates can be found at Wilson Parking – search Hotel Realm Canberra or Little National Hotel Canberra.

Please arrive at a minimum 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to ensure the necessary paperwork is completed.

Due to the nature of the treatments, children are not able to attend appointments.

If you are unable to make your appointment, we require 48 hours notice otherwise a cancellation fee will be charged. If you do not show to your appointment a 100% fee will be charged.

Please let us know if you are pregnant or trying to conceive at the time of booking, as many of our treatments are not safe for pregnancy. Thank you for your understanding.
